Year 8 travelled to the Animate centre in St Helens to have a faith day, packed with lots of activities.
Pupils started with team building exercises, followed by the Crystal Maze room activities, where they learned about each other’s talents and abilities.
The next task was the 5 talents task where each student was given 5 tokens and the idea was to make more tokens based on the parable.
Pupils then split into two groups and were given three scenarios which the students debated with great enthusiasm.
We finished with reflection time in the chapel – with prayers said and shared about being thankful for our blessings. Each child wrote three blessings and put them in the blessing jar to be offered up to mass on Sunday.
