We are aware that some modifications and adaptations to our career programme are necessary in accordance with the individual need of our students.  These adaptations never diminish the quality and ambition of what we offer but sometimes provides different ways of maintaining high aspiration.

For example some pupils; 

  • will partake in additional career guidance discussions alongside a supporting adult
  • will be supported through a transitional programme that includes additional visits to their post 16 providers 
  • will learn that pupils with additional needs should be highley aspirant and seek encouragement and inspiration from the successes of others.
