Working alongside our Attendance Champion/Associate Assistant Headteacher, you will have your own newly refurbished dedicated office. You would be responsible for supporting students who experience barriers to attendance; this will involve a combination of targeted care and effective home communication. As our Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, you will also work closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to support students with safeguarding issues linked with attendance. Training will be provided for this role
