The Gideon society visited the Year 7 pupils yesterday to present the pupils with their own New Testaments. The collective worship was led by the two members, and they gave fascinating examples of how the Bible and gospel stories can help people in their everyday lives. They shared a modern-day example of the ‘Prodigal Son’ story. The Year 7 pupils were very happy to receive their free gifts and it is hoped that they will treasure them.
