Here at St-Cecilias the careers team lead by Mr Hall, Mr Nelson supported by school governor Mr Morgan aim to allow pupils to monitor their Career pathway via their own My Future booklet. This allows pupils to follow their journey with a look at what is ahead and record any events or presentations they are involved in. This is evaluated at the end of each year and continues throughout the year and next.
